Cancellation Requests: Cancellations will only be accepted if the request is made immediately after placing the order. If the order has already been processed and shipped by the vendor, cancellation may not be possible.

Perishable Items: Cancellations are not allowed for perishable goods such as flowers, food, etc. However, if you receive a product that is substandard in quality, we will offer a refund or replacement.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive damaged or defective items, please notify our Customer Service team right away. We will review your request once the merchant has verified the issue. Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. If the product doesn’t match the description or meet your expectations, please inform us within 30 days of delivery. Our Customer Service team will assess your concern and take the appropriate steps.

Warranty Items: For products covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly. If a refund is authorized by Samaanlo, it will be processed within 3-5 business days.
